Date of event and delivery of florals

Event date as listed in checkout and receipt; bouquet must be delivered by Client to Business within 3 days of Event Date. Can meet at mutually agreed location.

Invoices

The Business will invoice the Client for the initial deposit, and on completion of the project. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Additional products may be added during the contract duration, at discretion of the Business. All modifications must be done in writing.

Payment Method

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, e transfer, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

No refunds

Services completed as described in the contract are not subject to refunds. The Client will not be reimbursed for services cancelled once work has begun. All sales are final.
Any payments or deposits up to contract cancellation are non refundable.

Termination of Contract

The Contract ends on the delivery of the goods, unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date. All collected payments or deposits up to the contract cancellation are non-refundable.

The dates of service are non-transferable, a date change by the client constitutes a termination of contract.

Client responsibilities

The Client must deliver or ship the bouquet within 3 days of Event Date and must arrange the drop off time (if applicable) with the Business. The Client must take care of the bouquet appropriately, avoiding excessive force, etc.

The bouquet must not be frozen, or severely damaged. Do not keep the bouquet in extreme heat. The Client must keep the bouquet in fresh water whenever possible, and in an upright position. Remove tape, ribbons and other constricting material.

The Business is not responsible for any damage done to the bouquet in transit. Defects and damage from the bouquet may be visible in the final products. If there is mold or severe damage on the bouquet, the affected areas will be removed and discarded.

The Client will remove any valuable, breakable, or sentimental items from their bouquet. Only the flowers, greenery etc. to be included in the final product are accepted. If a vase, ribbon, charms, etc. are delivered to the Business with the flowers, the Client understands that they may not get them back, or items may be damaged. The Business is not responsible for loss of these items.

Product Expectations 

During the drying process, colour change may occur, and is expected. Colour of the goods will fade naturally over time. To prolong the product life, keep out of direct sunlight.

Epoxy products may yellow over time. For best results keep away from high temperatures and out of direct sunlight. Bubbles may be present in the epoxy, efforts will be made to minimize them.

For pressed floral products, keep out of humidity, and away from sources of water. Frames are not fully sealed from the environment.

Damage on flowers can be visibly enhanced during the drying process, bruises, and discolouration can show. Best efforts to camouflage the damage will be taken, please ensure to take care of your bouquet. This includes given fresh water daily, unwrapping ribbon or ties after the event, recutting stems on an angle, and ensuring bouquet is handled with care.

The Business is not responsible to loss or damage of the flowers. However, the Business shall immediately notify the Client and may offer to refund Customer’s payment or to replace the flowers, at our discretion. The Business is not liable for any funds in excess of the monies paid to the Business by the Client. The Client releases the business from all liability beyond this value.

Natural wood products vary with colour, grain and may fade over time. Imperfections in the wood may be present. Avoid submerging or soaking wood products. The Business is not responsible for cracked, split or warped wood products after delivery. Combined wood and epoxy products are not suitable for cutting on. Products are completed with food grade finish unless otherwise noted in the invoice.

Frame finishes may vary from sample photos. Material may vary and be a combination of plexiglass, acrylic, glass or other materials depending on the thickness and types of flowers used.

Timelines

The finished products may be delivered or picked up locally if arranged by the Client and the Business.
Delivery by post is available, at additional cost to be discussed by Client and Business.

Project timelines are estimated at 10-12 weeks. Notice will be given in writing for any changes.
